Bathroom brands we fit on the Wentworth Estate

We work fit-only on the Wentworth Estate, which means we install the bathroom products you've already chosen — through a showroom, a designer, or your own research — rather than selling a fixed catalogue of our own. We install luxury, fit-only bathrooms for homeowners on the Wentworth Estate in Virginia Water, Surrey — the private, gated estate built around Wentworth Club and its golf courses, home of the BMW PGA Championship — around 15 to 20 minutes by road from our Bracknell base. You source the sanitaryware, brassware, tiles and furniture; we strip out, first-fix, tile, plumb and snag, coordinating access with the estate and any managing agent so the programme runs without delay at the gate. A recurring set of brands turns up again and again on the jobs we fit in and around the estate, and we've built our process around the specific installation detail each one actually needs, rather than treating every bathroom product as interchangeable once it's out of the box.

The fit-only model, explained

Fit-only means exactly what it says: the labour and installation expertise, without us also supplying or marking up the products themselves. You choose your sanitaryware, brassware and tiles through whichever route suits you — a showroom consultation, an online retailer, a designer's specification, or a brand's own stockist — and we fit them to the standard they're designed for. On the Wentworth Estate that works alongside the access arrangements every job already needs: because we're not also acting as a supplier, deliveries can usually be scheduled and coordinated with the estate or managing agent around your own purchasing timeline rather than around ours. It also keeps the quote honest — it reflects labour and fitting complexity rather than bundling in a retail margin on products we didn't supply. Where it matters most is in the detail — a concealed cistern frame, an exposed brassware run, or a digitally controlled shower valve all need fitting correctly for that specific product, and we confirm exactly what's been specified before a wall closes up or a bath is lowered into position.

Brands we fit

Geberit concealed cisterns and wall-hung WCs come up on a large share of the jobs we fit — correct frame selection and structural fixing matter more here than with most brands, because the cistern and pan weight sits entirely on the carrier frame rather than the wall tiles. We regularly fit Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware, basins and baths too; the ceramics are precise and the glaze finishes hard-wearing, but V&B doesn't manufacture its own carrier frame, so matching the flush plate, pan and frame generations correctly is confirmed before anything is ordered, not discovered on fitting day. At the top end of specification, Dornbracht brassware turns up on a good number of the projects we fit near the estate — a German house known for sculptural handle and spout design and for finishes that are genuinely difficult to replicate elsewhere, where a scuff on a brushed Dark Platinum finish or a rough-in set a few millimetres wrong is far more visible, and far more expensive to put right, than the same mistake on a mainstream brand. We also fit a fair amount of AXOR, hansgrohe's design-led brand built around collaborations such as AXOR Starck and AXOR Citterio, where a brushed or matte black trim shows every scuff mark from a careless fit far more than chrome does, so handling and sequencing matter as much as the plumbing. For baths and trays, Kaldewei's titanium-enamelled steel is pressed rather than cast or moulded, which changes how it's handled and supported on site — the installation detail is about even, accurate bearing across the full base and protecting the hard but chip-sensitive enamel from other trades still working in the room. TOTO's Washlet and Neorest ranges also come up on more technically involved jobs, because the electronics sit inside the fixture rather than bolted on afterwards — a Washlet seat adds to a conventional pan, while a Neorest is a single integrated unit replacing the pan, cistern and seat entirely, and the two have different structural and electrical requirements we confirm before first-fix. And Kohler's range spans cast-iron enamel baths, vitreous china sanitaryware and contemporary brassware, which in practice means a single project can involve three quite different fitting disciplines side by side; we plan for whichever combination has been specified rather than a single generic approach.

Why fitting detail matters more at this specification level

The character of the Wentworth Estate — a private, gated estate built around a championship golf club — naturally brings more top-end specification through our door than the average residential street. At that level, the margin for error on installation detail tends to shrink rather than grow: a rough-in set a few millimetres out on a Dornbracht valve, or a scuffed Geberit frame fixing hidden behind the tiles, is far more visible and considerably more expensive to put right once the room is finished, precisely because these fittings are designed either to disappear cleanly into the wall or to be seen without flaw. That's why we work through exactly what's been specified at the £125 survey, confirm the installation route for frames, fixings and finishes before any wall or floor closes up, and sequence the fit so delicate or design-led products aren't handled any more than they need to be — all coordinated around the access arrangements the estate and any managing agent require. The product choice is yours; getting it installed properly, once it's chosen, is ours.

Frequently asked questions

No. We work fit-only, which means you choose and supply your own sanitaryware, brassware and tiles — through a showroom, designer or retailer — and we handle the installation to the standard those products need.

Geberit and Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware come up frequently, alongside top-end brassware such as Dornbracht and AXOR. We also regularly fit Kaldewei baths and trays, TOTO's Washlet and Neorest ranges, and Kohler across baths, sanitaryware and brassware.

In most cases, yes — we work through the specific installation requirements of whatever's been specified at survey. If a product has an unusual fixing, frame or electrical requirement, we confirm it before anything is ordered rather than discovering it on fitting day.

Dornbracht's finishes, such as brushed Dark Platinum, show scuffs and handling marks far more readily than chrome, and the rough-in tolerances are tighter. Getting it right the first time means sequencing the fit so the finished brassware isn't exposed to other trades still working in the room.

Because you source your own products under our fit-only model, we coordinate delivery timing with the estate and any managing agent as part of planning the job, so materials arrive when the programme needs them without delays at the gate.
