Luxury bathrooms, installed to the standard they deserve
Install My Bathroom is a specialist fit-only bathroom installation company based in Bracknell, Berkshire, installing luxury client-supplied bathrooms across Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Ascot, Sunninghill, Winkfield and Windsor, and the surrounding Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey towns, with 30 years' experience fitting high-end sanitaryware, stone and porcelain tiling, wet rooms and shower toilets.
A fit-only model, built around the products you've already chosen
Most bathroom companies want to sell you the suite as well as fit it. We don't. You buy your sanitaryware, brassware, tiles and furniture from whichever showroom, retailer or manufacturer you trust — Wentworth Estate homeowners buying Villeroy & Boch from a local showroom, a Virginia Water client ordering Kaldewei direct from Germany, a Bracknell renovation sourced through a mid-market retailer — and we handle everything from strip-out to the final silicone line.
Survey — £125
Measurements, water pressure and flow, substrate and structure, waste routes, and an electrical supply check for shower toilets or underfloor heating.
Written scope
You leave the survey with a clear installation scope and a fixed quote, so there's no ambiguity about what's included.
You order the products
We tell you exactly what to buy, including carrier frames, waste positions and electrical supply requirements, and when it needs to be on site.
Installation
Strip-out, first fix, tanking, tiling, second fix and snagging — protected, punctual, and finished to tolerances that hold up under a raking light.
Precision you feel before you notice it
A bathroom installed properly disappears into the background: falls to drain that clear standing water in seconds, tile joints that line through from floor to wall, mitred stone edges with no visible seam, concealed fixings that leave nothing to catch a towel on.
We set out from centre lines before a single tile is cut, tank every wet area to current standards, and check lippage on large-format porcelain as we go rather than at the end. The result is the kind of quiet confidence that only shows up as an absence of problems — no hairline grout cracks six months in, no cistern that hums at 11pm, no shower door that drags on its hinge.
Warm stone underfoot from underfloor heating set to the right output, the silence of a soft-close concealed cistern, a rainfall head positioned so the water falls exactly where you stand rather than where the pipe happened to come through the ceiling — these are decisions made at survey stage, not fixed on site.
What we check that others skip
- — Water pressure and flow rate before any thermostatic or digital shower is specified
- — Floor and wall substrate for deflection before large-format porcelain goes down
- — Waste routes and falls before a wet room or walk-in shower is tanked
- — Electrical supply and zoning before a shower toilet or steam shower is ordered
- — Carrier frame and wall construction before a wall-hung WC is hung
Who we fit for
Most of our clients are owners of high-value homes in and around Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water, Sunningdale and Ascot spending £50,000–£100,000 or more on a bathroom, often as part of a wider renovation that includes a kitchen or extension running alongside it. They've already chosen the sanitaryware, the stone and the brassware, sometimes from a local showroom and sometimes imported direct from a manufacturer, and what they need is an installer who treats the specification with the same care they took choosing it.
A second tier of clients across Bracknell and Binfield start from £3,500 using mid-market suppliers for a full bathroom replacement — new sanitaryware, a walk-in shower, retiling and updated electrics — without the stone and brass specification of the higher tier. The fitting standard doesn't change between the two; the products being fitted do.
What's included in every installation
- — Strip-out and disposal of the existing bathroom
- — First-fix plumbing and electrics, coordinated with registered engineers for gas, Part P and unvented hot water work
- — Tanking and waterproofing to current standards in every wet area
- — Tiling set out from centre lines, with joints lined through floor to wall
- — Second fix of sanitaryware, brassware and furniture supplied by you
- — Protection of floors, stairwells and access routes throughout
- — Daily site clean-down and a full snagging walkthrough on completion
What isn't included is the product itself. You remain responsible for ordering the correct items, for delivery timing, and for inspecting goods on arrival — full detail is in our terms.
Pricing
Installation from £3,500
Final cost depends on layout, how many services are being moved, and the specification of what you've bought. The £125 survey gives you a fixed, written figure before anything is ordered.

We're fit-only. You choose and buy the sanitaryware, brassware, tiles and furniture from the retailer or showroom you prefer, and we install it to a standard that matches what you've bought. This keeps you in control of the products and the budget, and means there's no markup on goods.
A qualified installer visits the property, takes exact measurements, checks water pressure and flow, inspects the substrate and structure, maps waste routes, and reviews the electrical supply if you're specifying a shower toilet or underfloor heating. You leave with a written installation scope, which is what we quote against.
Installation starts from £3,500 for a straightforward fit-only job and rises with the complexity of the layout, the number of services being moved, and the specification of the products supplied. The survey gives you an accurate, written figure rather than a ballpark.
We install across Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Ascot, Sunninghill, Winkfield and Windsor, and into the surrounding Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey towns. If you're nearby and unsure, call us and we'll tell you straight away.
In almost all cases, yes. We regularly install Geberit, Villeroy & Boch, Duravit, TOTO, hansgrohe, GROHE, Kaldewei and other major sanitaryware and brassware brands. If a product has an unusual fixing or carrier requirement, we'll flag it at survey stage, not on installation day.
Any gas work, Part P electrical work, or unvented hot water system work is carried out by appropriately registered engineers as part of the project. We manage that coordination so you deal with one point of contact.
Inspect everything on delivery, before the installation date if possible. Because we don't supply the goods, delays or return visits caused by missing, damaged or incorrect client-supplied items are chargeable — but catching it early, before we're on site, avoids that entirely.
No. We fit everything from a considered mid-market bathroom through to a full suite of stone, brass and wall-hung sanitaryware. What matters is that the products are specified correctly and arrive complete before we start.
